Is the payment debited before the order process is completed when using the PayPal payment option?
No, your payment is only reserved with PayPal. Payment with PayPal is only due when you click on the ‘Order with costs’ button in our online shop. However, if you cancel the order process prematurely, no payment will be made by PayPal.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
The refund will be made after a visual inspection of the goods. As a rule, we need 1-3 working days to process returns. Please contact us if your refund takes longer than 5 working days.
When will my order be dispatched?
If you pay in advance, by bank transfer or PayPal, your order will be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
What are the shipping costs within Germany?
There are no shipping costs within Germany.
What are the shipping costs abroad?
We calculate the shipping costs abroad according to the order value (gross value of goods).
Worldwide / Europe / EU::
- Value of goods up to 25 € = 8,90 €
- Value of goods over 25 € bis 75 € = 12,90 €
- Value of goods over 76 € bis 150,00 € = 18,90 €
- Value of goods over 150 € = 30,00 €
I have not received my order, what should I do??
Please check first whether the goods may be with a neighbour or whether you have concluded a storage contract. If this is not the case, please contact us. We will be happy to contact the shipping service providers.
Which shipping service provider is used to dispatch my goods?
As a rule, we ship the goods with DHL or DPD. In exceptional cases, however, we can commission another shipping service provider of our choice. If you have a specific request, please let us know. Please note that this may result in delivery delays.
Do I have to pay the return costs myself?
No, we will cover the return costs within the 30-day return period. Please contact us and we will send you a returns link.
What do I need to consider when returning goods?
Please ensure that the goods are packed securely for dispatch. We are not liable for transport damage. Please also enclose the return form with the parcel.
Can I collect my order on site?
No, it is currently not possible to collect the goods.
