Disposal of small appliances:

All electrical appliances that do not exceed an edge length of 25 cm and a total weight of 31.5 kg are considered small electrical appliances. Otherwise they are large electrical appliances.

If these appliances are faulty or you have other reasons for disposing of them, you can request a returns note by e-mailing support@buerorechner24.de which you can use to send the appliance in free of charge.

Please proceed as follows::

1) Remove all removable accumulators and batteries from the device.

2) Ensure that all personal data has been deleted from the device.

3) Pack the device safely and carefully for despatch.

4) Request a return label from the email address support@buerorechner24.de 

5) After receiving the return slip, cut it out and send the parcel to us.

Disposal of large appliances:

If the electrical appliance weighs more than 31.5 kg or exceeds an edge length of 25 cm, this appliance is considered a large appliance. You can also return these to us for proper disposal. However, the return of large appliances is linked to the purchase of a new appliance of the same type. Example: You buy a server from us and we take back your old server. In this case, please contact our email address: support@buerorechner24.de, before collecting or returning the equipment so that we can give you an appointment to return it to our site.
