Ich habe leider das Falsche Bauteil bekommen, allerdings ist die Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter so grandios, dass ich das problemlos verschmerzen kann. Alles wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit abgewickelt und ich bekomme Ersatz.

Sehr gute telefonische Beratung schon VOR dem Kauf. Sehr schnelle Lieferung innerhalb von drei Tagen (Mittwoch bestellt, Freitag geliefert). Sehr gut verpackt. Die Geräte (wir haben zwei HP Z4 G4 gekauft) waren sehr sauber und so wie beschrieben. Es lag sogar ein Win11 System-Recovery USB Stick sowie ein Stromanschlusskabel dabei. Das nächste Mal kaufen wir wieder bei Bürorechner24 ein.
